Follow your package / Track & Trace
After you have completed the order you will receive an e-mail with the expected delivery time and a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track the shipment and you have an indication of what time you can expect the delivery. If the product is not in stock, or you place an order on a public holiday, the delivery time may differ. The expected delivery time can be found on the product page.
Yes, all smartphones are new and come in the manufacturer’s original sealed packaging. At Dutch Phone Deals you will only find new A-brand smartphones. No second-hand or refurbished products.
We are happy to look beyond borders and look for the best offers that we can find for you within Europe (EU / EEA). We then keep our prices low by purchasing smartly. The starting point here is not to have the most complete range, but to offer certain popular models at the best possible price. In this way, our customers can enjoy affordable original A-brand smartphones.
All smartphones supplied by Dutch Phone Deals are technically identical, always new and provided with an official manufacturer’s warranty. The only difference is that a smartphone from Dutch Phone Deals is actually meant for sale in another European country. You will only notice this when you first switch on the smartphone and you have to go through the start-up menu. The first question you are asked is to set your preferred language. If you then choose your own language, your smartphone is completely ready for use.
Because your new smartphone was originally intended for sale in another country, the language on the packaging and in the accompanying documentation may also be different from what you are used to.
Finally, our smartphones are excluded from participating in promotional campaigns of third parties. This means that ‘cash back promotions’ and other promotions from telephone manufacturers do not apply to smartphones purchased from Dutch Phone Deals.

No, Europe (EU / EEA) is a free trade zone. That means that you are never confronted with additional taxes such as import duties and VAT. The amount stated in the order overview is the actual final price that you pay for your smartphone, including shipping.
